About Yassmine
I'm a kinesiotherapist and Pilates coach, which means I spend my days on the parts of fitness most people ignore until something hurts. Posture. A cranky lower back. Tight shoulders from sitting all day. The recovery that decides whether you actually keep training or keep getting injured.
My philosophy is simple, and I say it to everyone I work with: your body is your only investment. So my methods are built to fit a normal life and a normal living room. Most of what I teach needs no equipment at all, just your own bodyweight and a bit of floor space.
People are sometimes surprised that a Pilates coach writes about building muscle, but strength and good movement are the same conversation. A body that moves well can train harder and recover faster. At MyMacroFit I write about moving without pain, fixing posture, building core strength, and getting genuinely strong at home, plus the rest days and gentler cardio that hold it all together.
